We have both sets of parentals coming over later this year for holiday, and want to take them out to the theatre (well, technically only Matt's as they're sticking around longer). But there's always so much going on in London that I can't decide what they should go see.

Last two times Matt's folks were here, they saw 'Kiss Me Kate', and 'We Will Rock You', so I'm thinking along the lines of lighter theatrical entertainment compared to something Shakespearean or like 'War Horse' or opera.

So help me out - vote in the poll! Or make a suggestion!

Poll #1423726 Parentals' visit - theatrical options

What musical/play/theatrical masterpiece do you reckon would be good?

Priscilla, Queen of the Desert
Jersey Boys
Mamma Mia!
The 39 Steps
Something better! (suggestion below)

What else would you recommend?

I'm a little late, but I don't think you can go wrong with Mamma Mia. But oh man this poll makes me want to go be a theatre whore and check out all these shows! LoL

I love going to theatre! We're pretty spoilt in London for the range and duration of the shows that run here.

I think you're pretty busy already with the tvwhoredom! I have no idea how you keep up with it all. Ah, to be a student again (without the assignments, exams, class time, and studying of course! oh, and lack of income... Okay maybe I just need to be privately wealthy, not a student! lol)

I think Matt's folks will love "Mamma Mia!".
